Strengthening Jewish Advocacy Worldwide

NCDF

National Community Directors’ Forum

The National Community Directors' Forum (NCDF) serves as the central coordinating platform for the World Jewish Congress’s global action and advocacy. By convening senior professionals from WJC-affiliated Jewish communities, the NCDF enables the rapid exchange of best practices, situational awareness, and operational insights—particularly in times of crisis and rising antisemitism. It strengthens alignment between local community leadership and WJC’s global efforts to protect and support Jewish communities worldwide.

The NCDF meets at least once annually in person, bringing together leaders from dozens of countries to build relationships, align priorities, and address shared challenges. These gatherings are complemented by regular virtual convenings, ensuring continuity, sustained coordination, and ongoing collaboration throughout the year.

SECCA

Special Envoys and Coordinators Combating Antisemitism Forum

The Special Envoys and Coordinators Combating Antisemitism (SECCA) Network is a flagship global initiative of the World Jewish Congress that brings together government-appointed officials, Jewish community leaders, and international partners, including European Commission, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), to coordinate responses to antisemitism and strengthen protections for Jewish life worldwide.

At a time of rising antisemitism, political polarization, and geopolitical instability, SECCA provides a standing diplomatic platform for cooperation, policy development, and crisis response. Through regular high-level convenings and sustained engagement between meetings, SECCA transforms political commitments into concrete safeguards for Jewish communities.

On 20 October 2019, the World Jewish Congress Executive Committee adopted a resolution to regularly host SECCA Network meetings to foster this collaborative effort.
