On Sunday, November 23, young Jewish leaders gathered for an inspiring Future Leadership Lunch with the World Jewish Congress & the Conseil Représentatif des Institutions Juives de France (Crif), including participants from WJC Elevate program. We had the honor of attending the Crif National Convention in France, an event that brings together dozens of high-level speakers each year to address political, diplomatic, societal, and cultural issues. This young leaders’ meeting was part of the Thrive Project, a joint initiative of the WJC, European Union of Jewish Students, and AEPJ, which is funded by the European Commission and focuses on strengthening Jewish life in Europe through resilience-building and awareness-raising activities. The conversation was powerful, focused on the challenges and opportunities facing our community today. WJC is at the forefront of building a global network of young professionals committed to strengthening Jewish life everywhere. We believe in the talent and vision of today’s young leaders. Their voices are shaping not just the future, but the present of our community.
