Noemi Di Segni is the former president of the Union of Italian Jewish Communities, having occupied that position from July 2016 to February 2026. Born in Jerusalem, she served in the Israeli army and is actively committed to community heritage preservation, cultural development, religious education and freedom. Through networking, civil and institutional alliances, and cooperation with law enforcement, she has worked to combat the reemergence of antisemitism. She has a double university degree in business economics and law with a specialization in European studies on financial oversight.
